It’s easy to know when a wine is good after the bottle has been opened – you just taste it! But to know if a wine is good before you’ve opened the bottle isn’t as easy.

Every wine in our portfolio is one that we have sampled, at times selecting blends and individual vineyard lots before they are bottled, to ensure consistency of quality and taste.
