Garnacha 2006

Winemaker’s Notes:
The grapes are destemmed and placed into stainless steel tanks for 9 to 10 days to undergo fermentation. Malolactic fermentation takes place naturally in the spring and the wines will be racked three to four times.

Color: Bright Crimson. This wine shows all the vigor of youth in its bright, regal color.
Nose: Reminiscent of juicy forest fruits like blackberries, with hints of wild Mediterranean herbs and flowers.
Palate: Fresh and inviting, it maintains the juiciness all the way through, while providing a satisfying tannic structure.

Technical:
Alcohol: 13,6%
Acidity: 4,5 g/l
Residual sugar: 2,9 g/l
